No doubt waking up to a cooler breeze and fall leaves can be quite depressing coming back from those summer mornings with birds chirping and the sun already in the sky way before you even lift an eye. But to jumpstart your way into a warmer wardrobe, I’ll save you a trip to the shopping center by using the same clothes from summer.

1) Denim jacket

You can easily pair this with a thick hoodie, some black skinny jeans (can be ripped) and lastly, paired with some booties or comfy shoes and there you go; you are all set to face the crazy Santa Ana winds and weird California weather. Make sure you’re covering up this fall, Pios!

2) Weaved Belt

With this simple accessory you could pair with a cute boho-styled dress during the summer. Now transitioning to autumn, you can still use that same belt for your jeans. You can wear a simple long sleeve warmer and skinny jeans (denim, mostly likely) and a jacket with the belt paired with booties. If you are looking for a more done-up look to use for the belt, you can pair with a flowy blouse, a long chain necklace, a leather jacket, and still use denim and high-heeled booties or wedges.

3) Ripped Jeans

My favorite piece of clothing that you can wear all summer and fall long! This is the simplest, comfiest way into autumn. An outfit that can go great with these distressed jeans is a long knitted sweater and some tennis shoes such as vans or converse

4) Headscarves to Scarves

Silk to cotton scarves are an easy accessory for a summer to autumn wardrobe transformation. In the summer, you can use your scarf for a softer more bohemian feel to the beach or for a summer night bonfire. Once the fall comes around, you can use the scarf for a more utilized reason, for warmth. This outfit can go with something like knitted sweater, an army jacket, leggings or jeans, knee-high boots, and a warm hat.
