Hey Pioneers– today, we are going to try to be healthy with this delicious and amazing berry smoothie. This recipe includes many of your necessary vitamins and nutrients that you need for the day. All you need are a few of the fresh ingredients and a blender! Let’s get started.

Soaked-Oat-Triple-Berry-Smoothie-new

What you are going to need:

1 cup of fresh strawberries

1/3 cup of fresh blueberries

1/3 cup of fresh raspberries

1/3 cup of fresh mangoes

1/4 cup of kale leaves (yummy)

1/4 cup of organic yogurt (greek is my favorite)

2 cups of ice

1/2 cup of water or orange juice

1 tablespoon of chia seeds (optional!)

1 tablespoon of honey (optional!)

 

After you place all these ingredients into the blender, hit that power button and watch the magic happen! This recipe makes for a small serving size for about 2 to 3 people. After distributing the smoothie, add some granola on top for added texture and crunch, it’s goes perfectly well. Alright, I hope you enjoyed my homemade smoothie recipe!
