Texture or material mapping is a method of adding detail, surface texture or color to your 3D model.

OBJECTIVES: Demonstrate your ability to:

  • Unwrap UV’s using the Node Editor
  • Create Color and Bump textures in Photoshop
  • Create and texture glass shards using particles
  • Use Spec and Bump maps to create realistic textures
  • Effectively use the Displacement Modifier
